I’ve had two disappointing experiences with them. The first was during a trial class where the coach was quite rude and, in my opinion, didn’t know how to handle children properly. I raised a complaint with the organization, but never received a response. A year later, I decided to give them a second chance and signed up for another trial class but they didn’t show up, and I didn’t receive any updates, even after following up. It was very unprofessional and left a poor impression overall.
