I am writing to share feedback on my recent experience with your service, which, regrettably, was far from satisfactory. My primary concern was the significantly poor customer service. There seemed to be a substantial lack of effective communication, both over the phone and through WhatsApp. Attempts to reach out for information regarding available products or pricing were met with a concerning indifference, with my inquiries often going unanswered. Moreover, the quality of the products, specifically the surveillance devices offered, was markedly below expectations. The items suggested to customers, including myself, were of a very ordinary quality and did not meet the standards one would anticipate for such essential gadgets. I had hoped for a more attentive and engaging customer service experience, along with product offerings that align more closely with the high standards expected in today’s market. I am open to discussing this matter further and would appreciate any efforts to address these concerns promptly. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
