Spring Feeling

Truly Nourishing & Delicious! After a long time (and of course, nothing beats mum’s cooking!), I’ve finally found meals that are both incredibly satisfying and genuinely healthy. Spring Meals have completely changed the way I look at dinner. Every meal is thoughtfully balanced, full of flavour, and supports my goal of eating clean and reducing weight—without ever feeling like I'm missing out. The portions are perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and you can taste the care that goes into every bite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for convenient, wholesome meals that actually taste amazing! I do hope they introduce more 550 cal meals to choose from and add more lamb recipes as well.

I absolutely LOVE spring! Firstly, the fact majority of the meals take 20 minutes or less to cook is so convenient. Secondly, some of the meals taste chefs quality and make me feel like I can cook really well. I love the variety of meals that I’d never normally make for myself. The portions are great and often give me more than the expected servings. The packaging is biodegradable. There’s so much more than I’ve already said. I’ve recommended it to so many friends already, so it’s well worth a try if you haven’t already!

I absolutely LOVE Spring! 💕 They offer Scrumptious meals which are convenient and easy to cook. I am someone who works weekdays from 9 to 7, I come home tired and not in the mood for grocery shopping nor cooking a meal from scratch yet I crave hot home cooked meal that’s delicious, healthy and affordable. Spring meets all my requirements. 😍 My partner and I enjoy it very much. It is exciting to choose the meals for the next week during the weekend. We prepare the meals together and which is a beautiful bonding activity. I highly recommend it for partners and moms who work 9-5 jobs.

Delicious and convenient meals. Some are super fast to make, others take more time. It’s always better to check internal temperature to avoid eating undercooked food. Cooking times are not so accurate sometimes. It would be great to have meals with less sodium and sugar. Be mindful when choosing your orders as some come packed with sugars and carbohydrates. You can always choose how much sauce you are going to pour or the rice per serving. Most proteins come already marinated so there is no way to control that either.
