Spring Oasis Tower

I lived in the bulding for two years 2018 and 2019. Very Nice and Big building. it is actually the best abd the cleanest building in the area, has a laundary, restaurants, and chuitrms supermarket that has food dupplies and others that you may need. the building also has park on the 7th floor as well as swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Bit more expensive that other buildings in the area but it worth living in

Edit: it is becoming a regular thing to cut the electricity for hours and hours in this building! Hopefully, this will stop in summer ☀️ ...... One of the cleanest towers in the area, though it is a bit old and it shows, gym is terrible, and if you have slightly low car, the parking exit will damage its bumper, some apartments have fantastic views over Dubai skyline!

I lived there for 5 years and used to be good but lately the tower became so bad 1. The prices compared with the tower age became unrealistic 2. The birds make dirt on balconies and windows, we have complained to security tens of times about tenants who are feeding birds but with no action, we ended up blocking our windows and balconies because birds poo started attracting insects and damaged our clothes and belongings left on balconies 3. Insects: till 2022 this building had no insects but im 2023 the management reduced insects control and we started seeing cockroaches inside and those are mostly coming from outside as we took ultimate care of the cleanliness and we stopped seeing management notices about insects control we used to see before 4.parking: there is no visitor parking and if you have more than one car, Good luck renting an RTA parking outside with 4500 AED / year since this is a 4 AED/h RTA parking 5. What is claimed to be a garden with a small lake! The lake is dry and garden looks ridiculous for the last 2 years ! 6. The sewage always smell inside the house due to bad maintenance and you should give ultimate care to avoid blocking it in ( we use filters for all our sinks and still they are being blocked) 7. Gym : they have a couple of running machines that are broken down most of the year, the worst of it that they call that a gym! 8. You would spend 20 minutes extra on the nearby roundabout due to schools and DSO entrance and exit! As a conclusion this overpriced building doesn't worth what has been asked to pay for, and above it, you wouldn't spend a pleasant stay in there! and better you go for a new building in DSO

Nice view as a viewer… but as a human cleaning is very difficult for those workers… Pray god for new equipment for cleaning… But still technology not improved this is the main example watch video

It's an amazing family building to stay. Its located in a prime location of Dubai Silicon Oasis, Choithiram(24 x 7) is located in the same building with free home delivery too. It's a 25 story building. View from this building is fantastic. Swimming pool, GYM, kids play area and sauna are available in this building. It's a clean and neat building to have a peaceful stay. There are lots of food joints nearby (Salam namaste, Annapurna, Puranmal, one square meal, vietnamese restaurant, Dominos, McDonald's etc). School is close by at a walking distance. Life Pharmacy is near.
