I had a team that was headed by Mr. Khalid. They made the movement very easy and comfortable. They packed everything nicely and delivered it in a perfect condition. They are very cooperative and easy-going. They will do everything that you need to make your movement perfect. I really appreciate their professional service.

The team arrived on time and they worked for the entire day to complete the move. There was a half an hour delay from my side due to move out permit issue. The service was value for money and is recommended. The team was professional and handled items with care. The entire process was smooth and they took on board the observations made. There are some observations and room for improvement. For example, there was no box available to secure large TV. Also they were short of few boxes so we lost some time waiting for more boxes to arrive. Also, the truck was smaller than required so this meant that some of the items had to be moved on trolleys, and that was possible because the new location was just across the street. In addition, it would have been better to include more people because by 6:00 p.m the building security asked us to wrap up. By that time, the team had just managed to complete the move and managed to install the major appliances and fix the big furniture items, but there was no time for full unpacking. So the recommendation is more investments in resources to ensure the team could handle unpredicted circumstances, so the customer remains happy.

Amazing work, the team was super friendly polite and responded to all requests as we asked from them. They made the move extremely painless , we did not even supervise for the majority of the day, they disassembled and reassembled everything in the new place, and all items delivered home with zero damages.
