I had visited the laboratory for blood tests and the staff was courteous . The quality manager was really helpfull to make me understand which test is required. I thank Ms. Nazneen for her help .
Timely reporting and good quality of reports . All the components are covered as per standards used . Im personally happy with the Quality Manager who solves all queries and reports on time. Very good lab layout and fantastic state of the art instruments used.
I had visited the laboratoy last month .First I spoke to Quality Manager who was smart,intelligent ,fluent ,knowledgeable and guided me well and then i got guidance on how to apply for accreditation also for my own clinic . Thank you Ms.Naazneen Sethna. God bless you .
Timely report and excellent facility. State of the art instruments. I was impressed with the with the quality of staff knowledge and query solving by QM. Overall good experience on my visit.
They will show how irresponsible and unprofessional a laboratory can be. I received all my family members' lab report in incorrect names and hell of time took for them to correct them. Added again: Even after correction, another mistake of name happened in one test report. Keep this up Star Metropolis team, You are not star, but a sun of inefficiency! Thank you
