This company staff from Egyptian, They are very rude staff, if someone's do mistake by mistakely,so they give fine and warning letter also. If someone went leave for his country , when he comes back after leave late even 10 days. they gave to them fine and warning letter Every small things happens they give to security guard fine and warning letter. They aims collect the money through fine. So please prevent this. With proper means Should be only one thing only fine. Should be not warning letters. Do you have not any idea most of the guys left from your company because of your warning letters , however you were try come out the security from your company with show your warnings letters before this, they himself resign. and left your company. So improve this I hope you will improve this and easy for your security.

Your Nepali security guard in the name of Sanji in Damac smart height Tecom is the most disrespectful and rude security guard that i have ever encountered in my life, while holding my 2 kids that are under 2 years old he throw a tissue on my 4 month old baby while he is in the trolley its b/c he think we left the tissue in the floor on purpose imagine? instead of helping us , any way i will not written a paragraph to complain here if this company has a working phone ...please put a telephone number that actually works or email!!! You can't just get away with this kind of staff it's b/c people can't reach you!!
