Existing client review: Extremely poor customer service. No one knows who has scheduled installation at what time. No synergy between the teams and the Management is least bothered. 2 times they scheduled an installation and failed to come, making me wait for hours while holding my drivers. I would highly suggest to look for other professionals who do not make their clients wait and have an organized team.
Quick and professional customer service like no other and great system for fleet monitoring. .being able to see where our vehicles are and it helps our team accountable to its location. It's has been a positive experience and we have not had any problems since we got on board.
The worst service, i have come across as compared to other service providers. They are not even eligible for 1 star rating. No response to queries / requests. No responsibility, lack in professionalism. Please think twice even before u hand over your valuable asset for tracking purposes.
Such and amazing staff... Especially when we faced an issue they can with all the support... Good going starline ... This service will take you to another step.. Keep going 🤗 ITR GROUP
