Thank you for everything. from check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and didn’t disappoint. The breakfast area can get a bit crowded at times, but Joy and the lady working alongside her handled it exceptionally well. It’s clear they’re doing their best to assist every guest with warmth and efficiency. A small suggestion would be to consider expanding the breakfast area, especially around the buffet section, to make it more comfortable during peak hours. Overall, everything was perfect. The service I received from everyone was truly genuine and heartfelt!

The location is perfect close to Downtown, the metro, and some great restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the canal. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast service were genuinely warm and welcoming.
