I would like to share my experience. I purchased a NICE Toona 5 kit in Dubai and made the necessary payment. The arrangement was for us to collect the kit from their warehouse. This was done and unfortunately at the hotel it was discovered that one important piece was missing. We called the warehouse and they found it was their problem and consequently we had to use the taxi service to collect this important piece from their warehouse. They have apologized for this error. However they have flatly refused to reimburse the taxi fare as they believe this is not their problem. Is this fair and normal.
