I live in Madison Residency since 2019, a building which is managed by Strata Global. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to the management team who are always willing to assist us whenever it’s needed. Finance topics are relatively easy to handle with Strata Global. In case of repairs, even those last minute emergencies at difficult times, are supported by the team members. Staff is friendly and competent in their tasks. Finally I would like to say that I’m satisfied with the communication providing key updates to us as residents.

I’ve been living in Madison Residency for 2.5 years now, and I truly love it here. I work in real estate and have seen the work of many property management companies across Dubai — and I can confidently say that Madison Residency has one of the strongest and most professional teams in the city. The staff are incredibly friendly, always caring, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Every holiday is thoughtfully celebrated — from beautiful decorations to sweet little surprises for residents. One moment I’ll never forget was on Valentine’s Day, when I came home and found a red rose tied to my door handle — such a small gesture, but it made me feel so happy and appreciated. The technical team is also excellent — always prompt, efficient, and ready to help with any issue. A heartfelt thank you to Julie for the amazing work she does. Thanks to her and the whole team, Madison Residency genuinely feels like the best place to live in the area.

This year marks 10 years at Madison Residency — the first place we called home in Dubai, and we’ve never looked back. While its location offers clear perks like metro access, proximity to E11, and great views, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional management and on-ground staff. The management has thoughtfully invested in a fantastic soft play area for kids, a state-of-the-art gym, and a welcoming reception. Most importantly, they genuinely listen to feedback and act on it — something we deeply appreciate. The staff, especially Julie, are always warm and friendly. The reception feels more like a cozy lounge, thanks to the team’s kindness and hospitality. We also love how the building embraces a sense of community by celebrating festivals and occasions — the Ramadan initiative was especially lovely. Here’s to a decade of feeling at home — and many more to come!

We’ve lived in Marina Arcade Tower for 4 years, and one of the main reasons we’ve stayed so long is the consistently excellent service from the reception team. The building is well-managed, and everything runs smoothly — but it’s the people who really make the difference. Joyce, in particular, has been a standout from day one. Always helpful, kind, and professional, she brings a warm and welcoming energy that makes it a genuine joy to come home every day. Her support and attention to detail have truly made our experience here exceptional. Highly recommend both the building and the team behind it!

I had 2 issues with my building. We asked the concierge to book a meeting with the building manager the next day which they did. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Hasan who explained that he is new, but dealt with us with transparency and took our issues seriously. He dealt with them on the spot and showed us that we can trust him going forward. Great professional work from Strata global from the concierge, to the manager, to the maintenance team.
