I started working with Nathan 4 to 5 months prior to my Kilimanjaro trip, having minimal prior gym training and it was honestly the best preparation choice I could have made. He tailored my training to include stability and mobility as well as upper, lower and core body workouts. I didn't realise the importance until I was dog-tired and descending a steep mountain, and did so without fear of injuries. Thanks Nathan

Nathan is a great trainer who identifies your requirements and then motivates you to achieve them.. pleasant, customer centric and jovial, he always treats you with a smile and is strict when it needs be.
