From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, clean, and has a very calming ambiance, which immediately put me at ease.

Very good experience at this clinic. Staff were so professional and attentive. The team are knowledgeable with what they do, specially Ms Gracia. Highly recommend. Facility is clean. There are also promotion packages that you can avail.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Hussain Shatat. I had Botox and RRS injections, and I'm really happy with the results — they gave a noticeable and positive effect on my face. I feel more refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!

I had a microneedling treatment done at this clinic, and it resulted in burns on my skin and left me with permanent scarring. To make matters worse, the process of having a refund was extremely frustrating. Despite the damage being caused by their mistake, I was charged for the session, and they gave me a very difficult time when I requested a refund. I had to chase them for over three months, and each time I followed up, I was met with misleading information and false promises about the refund process—clearly hoping I would eventually give up and forget about it. Moreover, the receptionist demonstrated a lack of professionalism and is in serious need of proper training on how to communicate respectfully and effectively with clients. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
