Subway - Downtown Dubai

It’s big , nice I liked the food it was nice and spicy. I took a Mexican spicy with chicken(spicy) onions lettuce olives and pickles it was really good! The sandwich is about 20cm and I took fries with it they served fast.

Ordered BMT footlong. The sandwich was good. I wasn't happy with the lady behind the counter. I asked if there are other kinds of salads if there is cesar salad or anything similar. She didn't offer to explain just said no. She seemed as she just wanted to get rid of me quickly. I would have liked to have had a salad. I was not sure if I could opt it and she wasn't willing to explain. Later on I learned there is a make a salad option in subway. Real disappointed! Customer service is so important as it leaves a lasting impression.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. The level of unprofessionalism from both the manager (Daisy) and the staff member (Renzo) was shocking. I placed an order and requested a specific customization for my sandwich, asking for sauce to be added. Instead, Renzo mistakenly added sauce to all the sandwiches without asking for my permission. When I pointed out the error, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, he rudely suggested I cancel my order. His attitude was aggressive, and he even asked me, “Do you have a problem?” when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I then spoke to the manager, Daisy, hoping for some resolution. Unfortunately, she was just as dismissive as Renzo, telling me to cancel my order if I wasn’t happy, rather than addressing the mistake. There was no attempt to correct the issue, just an attitude of “take it or leave it.” Both of them acted as if my concerns were not worth their time. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service, and it was a completely frustrating experience. If this is the standard of service at this location, I won’t be returning. Extremely disappointed, and I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

I've always loved subway and have been choosing this meal whenever m lazy to have a formal meal and my comment here is regarding one of their branch in bay square which I just want to complain their one guy employee who puts so little even if you ask nicely to put a decent amount. The lesbian employee is good. Knows what she's doing. But the other guy, if I wer management should be sacked. I've ordered in many branches and putting a decent amount or sauce and veggies evenly is what gives its unique taste but this one employee really if he could not put anything he would good lord everytime I ate from there and he puts the portions, the sandwich takes like bread. sauce is not spread evenly just right in the middle. even veggies are deprived. Next time m not buying due to this thrifty service and m not even the type of customer who likes to add different stoppings. my veggies are always only 2 veggies, 1 type of meat type of customer and they can't even get the taste right because guess what, they wouldn't put the sauce properly nor put a decent amount of veggies. So management better tell your employees those toppings aren't from their own pocket and it's very frustrating because same ingredients I eat from a different branch and a bland taste in bay square branch. I hope you the disappointment your customer feels will fix your decision making in orienting your employees basic common sense on how to make a good sandwich.
