Fresh sandwiches and convenient 24/7 service make this Subway a reliable choice. However, the dine-in experience is limited due to a very small seating area.
I’m extremely upset and disappointed with my experience today at Subway. I came in to order food and the employee named Javed was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. He refused to heat up my sandwich, even though I waited over 20 minutes because he told me the system wasn’t ready yet. Despite patiently waiting, his attitude was very unpleasant, and he treated me poorly. I also don’t understand why the place is even open if he clearly doesn’t want to work. The sign says it’s open 14 hours, so why act like customers are a burden? I left feeling angry and uncomfortable. This kind of service is totally unacceptable.
Extremely disappointing experience from subway. The sandwich had hardly any chicken, less vegetables, old bread, and almost no sauce. I am attaching pictures for reference.
I am a regular here since 5 years. Visited today at 5.40 pm for my regular BMT sub. A new guy named "Haroon" was extremely unprofessional. 1. Was sitting and chilling with a delivery guy from Noon for 20+ mins (still sitting with him) 2. Did not take my order properly and was in a rush to pack it without adding sauces. 3. Giving full attention to his phone.
This branch is one of my best subway branch i visit many times the staff here ' Haroon' he is very friendly and every time he make my loaded BMT properly i am satisfied with his serving thanks
