I ordered food. The staff seemed like she had the world’s problems on her head. A big long face without a smile. Saw her very rudely talking to the humble Noon and Talabat delivery boys. No Thank you. No gd evening. No greeting the customers. Behavior was like I was running into her house kitchen and eating her food 😀😀 she was constantly on private calls very loud on the mobile speaker. Literally yelling on the phone. Not fit to be in the hospitality food industry.

Unfortunately the guy who is working there not doing his job properly I think need more focus to him

The staff are not smiling or approachable. I ordered a loaded blt and they just put small portions or everything. Waste of time and money. Very bad experience and will not recommend to eat here anymore.

Horrible experience, employee called tariq’s service is so bad. We had a subway voucher wid location and all other details mentioned, despite of showing him, he said he’s new and it’s his first day at work and he needs to get approval from manager. We re confirmed if it was his first day, he said first day in this branch, we were asked to wait until he had to call after making us wait for 15 mins he says manager is not picking the call. He Made us wait for half n hour in total despite telling him we are hungry and voucher has all details call us tomorrow if you are questioned. He said he will have salary deduction and cannot serve us. And everytime we checked what’s happening in that half n hour wait time he was so rude to us in answering. Very disappointed and such bad experience

You did change it, I’ll give you that, but then came the most disappointing cheese steak sub experience ever. Really, Margaret? That’s cold.
