My favourite beauty salon – I’ve been coming here for over a year. Svetlana does the best manicure in Dubai 🔥🔥🔥 The administrators are always kind, helpful, and quick to respond, and all the services I’ve tried have been amazing. Highly recommend!

The directions of how to find this salon are different between what they say in social media and in fact while you try to reach out to admin to find out how to get there. I was walking around the tower for 15 min to eventually find the right direction myself. They also ask for +5% on top to the price if you pay by card (this is stated in the price list, however, not on every page and with small letters in the bottom). So the client realises this only once the service is done because I personally don’t read the whole price list and its every page while booking a service to waste my time - once I find the service I need, there’s no reason I have to go through the whole price list to find any pitfalls like this. The sugaring service is very mediocre, not of perfect quality. At the top of all this is hygiene issues - the tweezer seemed not be sterilised. The master simply took it from her working table, it wasn’t packed in the special fresh package used for sterilised tools, which is unacceptable. And after my service the master left it again on her table. I suppose they simply do not sterilise tweezers used for sugaring to get rid of single hair or ingrown hair.

I had a manicure and pedicure done, both at the same time. The girls, Gulzina and Lyudmila, were very friendly and professional They did everything very efficiently and beautifully. I am very grateful to them and very pleased with the result. The girl at the reception was very nice and friendly as well. Online booking is available. They respond immediately and are always in touch. I highly recommend this salon.
