We had a great experience at Suitsupply in Mall of the Emirates for the second time. Mahmoud helped us again and was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He made the shopping process easy and enjoyable. We’re very happy with our purchase and the excellent service!

Honestly, Mohamed MS is a very good person, and I have received the best service from him. I had faced several issues with you before when I purchased 6 suits , but now I am very happy dealing with him. He is extremely professional, and I highly recommend him.

I entered the store at 10AM, 1 customer was there and 1 sales associate helping him already. I had 30 mins slot to pick up my suit or do alterations if needed. Surprisingly consultant clearly ignored the time of appointment and didn’t show up, so nobody was able to help. I waited for few mins so the other associate was able to help (but this is not the end…) Reasonable question why I need to book an appointment if the associate will not be there. Good question, believe guys at SUITSUPPLY need to ask it themselves. On the other side when I walked around in the store for 10 mins (after pick up of my suit) they still ignored you. Guys, surprisingly when people walk around same things normally they consider trying and buying them (!). My wife tried to check if anyone can help, they said 10-15 mins. Wdym? I have an appointment… the guy was looking at us like we’ve asked something extraordinary. Looks like doing their job properly is indeed extraordinarily for MOE team… When I tried my suit, associate was a bit detached, like no interest at all. To the point of my previous experience with SUITSUPPLY, guys in DIFC were very involved, checked everything properly, suggested some alteration, I kindly refused them. Here it was almost like “perfect… let’s pack” Probably you guys need to learn a bit on a quality of service from DIFC colleagues, that store is way way better. P.S. changed my mind, lowered from 2 to 1
