Highly unprofessional and dishonest. My motor insurance renewal quote increased despite a lesser insured value. When i checked on the website, the price was aed 1,700 less for the same car and profile ( no claims in the last 3 years). When i asked for an explanation for this price difference, i was informed its a system calculation. Sukoon is basically punishing existing customers with no claims by charging more for renewals and rewarding new customers with discounts. Avoid at all cost

This is the second time on annual renewal that I am getting worst services and medcine is getting rejected. On call, agents confirm one thing but keep on rejecting in pharmacy at the back end, pathetic experience over a AED 5m corporate policy.

We acknowledge that Oman Insurance is known for its professionalism and solid reputation. However, our recent experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. One representative provided a quote for my child that was more than double the price quoted for another child of nearly the same age. When questioned about this clear inconsistency, he simply claimed it was a "system calculation" and insisted there was nothing wrong. We followed up by checking with other insurance providers and confirmed that there was indeed a discrepancy. It became clear that this individual had no proper understanding of the process and offered no explanation—only dismissiveness and rude behavior. It's unfortunate that such a respected company allows this level of poor customer service to represent their brand.

Worst insurance company Ive ever encountered in my life. Worst customer service and worst service in general. I will never ever deal with this company. Please think a million times before taking insurance from this company. It’s not worth it at all, you will only get hypertension and stress from them.

I had accident and it was not my mistake, sukoon company they decided that my car will go for total lost , I was not agreed on the price they offer because they pay less than 50% of the car price value, after that they increased the amount but they was not fare at all . They say that the get the value from the loss adjustment. The car in garage since almost more than one month and there is new damages in the car which I think they do this to force me to accept they offer they give .
