Incredible amazing experience!! Very authentic and the woman there are truly kindest I’ve met. Being greeted by the receptionists Nika & Hsu who both welcomed us so warmly with such great energy and attitude was just the beginning. And they were so lovely to speak to! We also highly recommend the therapists Bernadeth & Kwang who were very professional & honestly the best facial therapists we’ve experienced who are dedicated to making your experience one of a kind. They both are highly skilled too! Would give this place 5 stars and beyond!

From the moment I walked into Sumi Skin (JLT branch), I was treated with such warmth and care. I had the Bio Placenta Skin Regeneration Treatment with therapist Bernadeth. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. After the treatment, I was offered tea, snacks, and some lovely product samples. Amazing service by Therapist Kwang, excellent customer service by Nika and Hsu! Very VIP service and thorough! I love the location too with parkings available. Welcome drink and after therapy tea and fruit is a plus! The service becomes affordable when you get the package and it’s totally worth it! Will Come back again!
