Very bad. I ordered online and paid for it. Next day instead of delivering shoes, I got email of apologies that item is out of stock and wait for 7-10 days to get the refund. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAS HAPPENED. They have this cheap tactics. Such a shameful practice of cheating their customers.
Had a great time shopping at Sun & Sand Sports in Bur Dubai. Jenipher was very friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you, Jenipher, for the excellent service!
Bought a pair of trainers online for AED 572, it arrived, with the LEFT foot being worn out and faded from the sun (display and defect pair) and immediately notified the call centre with photos and details. Two weeks later, I am being lied too and passed from one dept to another in order to return the defected shoes which have tags on them, in order to get my REFUND. Rawan R who claims to be manager has been completely incompetent at addressing this issue. And I am now going to the Dubai Consumer Complaints to address this LACK OF ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR.
Actually supposed to be ZERO! they didn’t allow me to exchange my item, but the sales lady is a very good! I got receipts and all. Be careful
