It was very good before insurance agency. Who provide good price and good communication. But now it very bad bad staff who not even try give price for insurance. I asked price send doc and then 5 days he keep sms me that he checking. And then very bad English and no arabic even for staff. How bad it become

This is totally fraudulent company!I have done 2 policies with them one of them I requested to cancel they constantly lying to me that we have already processed policy cancellation but it was absolute lie here I am even after almost one month they keep teasing me reading my messages but not responding at all don't do any transaction with them please very rude and un professional staff now I will go direct to insurance office and will do cancellation if they would have help it was only couple of minutes thanx for your treatment with customers 0 stars 🌟

“I cancelled my insurance with this company three months ago and still have not received my refund. I have contacted them multiple times and each time I am met with empty promises and endless delays. The person I have been dealing with is “Christina”, but I have not received any proper response or actual solution from her. This company does not seem to adhere to any of their promises or policies, and the entire process is filled with deliberate delays and procrastination. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I have had with an insurance company and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is clear that their customers’ money is not a priority for them.”

My experience with them was very bad, No following , they replying in bad way I wait around 3 hours then the lady told me wait up to tomorrow without real reason and in rude way. There is no supervisor or manager to control them as well

The worst insurance company I have ever seen. No response to calls or messages. After paying and waiting for 2 hours getting a call to pay additional fees. Nothing professional with these guys. Specially the agent called Ejaz is significantly unprofessional.
