Superdry - Dubai Marina Mall

Fortunately, I met Rabie Togues as a salesman in the store, his approach is professional, full of goodwill. He has a wonderful relationship with the customers and inspires confidence in the purchase. Great seller and wonderful man. Thank you for employing people like him!

We had the pleasure of visiting their branch in Dubai Marina Mall, and we were warmly assisted by Rabie. He was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout our visit. It took us some time to choose an item and we had to do an exchange as well but he graciously handled all our requests, even though he was the only one in the store. He truly went above and beyond! We visited another branch, but unfortunately, we didn't receive the same level of customer service as we did from Rabie. He is definitely a valuable addition to the team!

Store selection average, smaller than usual ones

Spent about 30 mins selecting and trying clothes. The staff was nowhere in the store when I went for billing. Waited 10 mins, looked around but no staff!

The girl at marina mall couldn’t be bothered. I bought three items and she didn’t even say thank you! Really bad experience. And a shame for this type of person to be representing the brand 👎🏼
