Fake people. They don't do the work you paid for. I don't recommend this place. Do not trust them. My personal experience. Horrible!!Worst service. After making complete payment also they will not even update what is the status of the work even after sending multiple messages they just ignore all message and emails.all the staffs speak very rude worst customer service. They will only take full payment before the work but they will not do it. They charged me 2100 Aed just for wes application service charge and separately I paid government fees as well.thyey did not do the work. They lie to me saying it's pended from university but then when I confirmed with university I got to know that payment was not done. When i ask them for refund they are saying it doesn't matter if we complete the work or not we are charging for it. Even they are saying if you want refund go to court. Ms Komal she is really rude.All the staffs are very rude and not responding correctly. Do not choose them for any of your work. Terrible experience!!!!! Irresponsible people!!!Beware before you pay them for any service. If you want your work to be done on time do not trust them. They will not complete their work as per the time they promised. I paid for wes process, since 5months I'm waiting for them. They are not giving me the update what is the status I visited their office personally to enquire and waited for more than 2 hours and they are telling the person is not available to handle the query so they cannot update me even for refund they are telling they cant proceed they need email.such a unprofessional behavior.But the fact is they are not responding for any of the emails and messages. Untill you pay to them they will speak nicely afterwards very rude behavior .Very terrible experience. My application is still unfinished by them.
