I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. They were very unprofessional and have an uncooperative behavior, consistently trying to overcharge for every minute of their time. The staff seemed intent on causing distress and even made threats that could have jeopardized our wedding event. Their lack of basic customer service skills and threatening demeanor made the situation incredibly stressful. I deeply regret booking with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere to avoid similar frustration and potential disruptions. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable service. We still made the full payment of 1000/- and did not use their service.
