Parcel deliver late night. I am in contact of the delivery guy and patienly waiting. He just knock once then left my parcel on the floor. So i come out to comfront him why he's in a hurry even i wait for him and just left the valuable parcel on the floor??? If only theres a negative zero I will rate your service negative zero! I will never purchase to you at all and never recommend. You dont value your own item!

My order came in a very speedy and timely manner. The driver of the delivery was very professional and called a few minutes before drop off to confirm the location. Overall, the service was excellent. My only problem was that the tracking number and system didn't work for me and I like to be able to regularly track my packages. However, it was a small thing and not an issue overall because my package arrived within a day and a half.
