Swiss International Airlines

Having just flown on 2 other airlines I feel my review here in comparison to the other two is fresh. Swiss definitely has that edge above all other airlines when it comes to quality. I may have been lucky on my flights or it is just Swiss standard. From buying my ticket to the end of my journey it was all smooth. The crew were all well groomed and at the peak of customer service, calm and yet so efficient. The smiles we received seemed genuine. A well chosen menu that extended to savoury snacks and a tub of movenpick. Fair selection of movies and music. The only negative point I found on this aircraft was the aisle - while it is just about enough for smaller structured people, others may have trouble moving easily along. Transferring through ZRH Airport was the smoothest compared to the other airports I travelled out of and into.

Flew from Dubai to Zurich and it was good but didn’t quite meet the best airline standards. The seat on the A330 was old fashioned with little personal storage space. also not having direct access to the aisle in a window seat is a little annoying. Food wise it was good but not amazing. The soup offered was made from a powder but the mediterranean plate was decent. Breakfast was ordered from a sheet and was high quality but nothing truly exceptional.

Worst experience and last experience with this flight they change your flight last minute they transfer you to other airport what kind of facility is this when the ticket was booked 5 months and it was confirmed how come last minute in when i go to check in they say its overbooked and even i paid for my leg room even they dint refund and full flight i had to go through severe back pain who is goona compensate me i need answers for my queries there will be someone responsible who can answer me and get back to me asap
