I had a dental emergency while my regular dentist was out of the country, and I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Waleed. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, which was a huge relief. Dr. Waleed was highly professional, extremely patient, and handled the situation with great care. His dental assistant, Fars, was also fantastic - friendly, supportive, and made the whole experience even more comfortable. I truly appreciated how calm and reassuring they both were. I would highly recommend Dr. Waleed and his team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Fars, the dental assistant was very friendly and accommodating to my two daughters. She expertly performed her duties during both check-ups and dental procedures. She also promptly emailed to me the dental xrays. Dr. Waleed, was very professional and, at the same time, kind and patient to both of my children. He showed and carefully explained to my children the dental tools he will be using and what it does. He made sure that both of them are comfortable and in very good hands. After the dental procedures, he clearly explained to me his findings, the dental treatments he has done, and the next steps that need to be taken. Thank you Dr. Waleed! Aiza, the front desk receptionist warmly welcomed us and guided us for the next steps after registration. She explained to me the billing process and was also very helpful in booking our next dental appointment. The facility is very clean and well-lit. The hallway is spacious and all clinics are properly labeled. The waiting area is also spacious and the seats are comfortable. We will come back at Symbiosis Medical Centre for other medical and dental check-ups and concerns.
