Synergy University Dubai

Hello Sir/Ma'am I'm parents of Sabina Dangol. We have applied for mbbs in your university of Russia in October of last year but unfortunately we are unable to reach there due to some documents issues on airport we came back twice from airport. After that we decided not to go there. That's why we have requested for payment refund. We haven't received yet. We have got information that payment is pending from Dubai university. Could you please help me to get exact date of refund waiting for positive response as soon as possible.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my bad experience with Synergy University in Dubai. I'm really disappointed and regretted that I applied to this university. On November 2024 I have applied to Synergy University for 6 months course. After tuition fee (payment) they letting to wait several months to start my class . Before getting your money they are very good once you pay for study you will be struggling to get reply from them. Also they will promise a lot of things but they cannot fulfill that promises. Since November 2024 they couldn't provide me the course which I have chosen despite multiple follow up from my side. They have wasted my time ( several months) without studying. After all this issues I have initiated refund request. Since I raised refund request they are nor replying and not responding to my calls. Due to their ignorance I'm writing my feedback here.This is really unprofessional at all !!! Kindly revert back regarding my request !!!

please think about why there are so many bad reviews on different days and so many good ones all on the same day, and I noticed that there are good reviews from the some employees of the organization... This is not a university, these are scammers and I am not the only one writing this, they will also call you and everyone you know a lot until you pay them money, it looks like collectors but you do not owe them anything, just start studying... I also heard that they do not pay their employees on time, imagine how these employees will communicate with students then. If you want to get your money back, then you will simply be ignored for a long time. Do not waste your money, nerves and time

Went through the same experience as some of these people in the review. I originally paid the fee for the whole year. I couldn’t take a single class with them. The whole experience to start with my studies was so lengthy. They wanted me to go through the whole process of apostille and it has been around 8 months since I paid. I couldn’t go through it because they kept prolonging it. Therefore I decided to get my refund but now I can not reach the right person. They are not updating me on my refund. At this point even I doubt if I will ever get my money back. Please don’t apply here, it’s my sincere advice to you.

One of the worst university in the world. Unprofessional academic and admission staffs. They are just waiting for you to pay that's it. From staff to intern students passing by teachers, they are all struggling with unpaid salaries. The don't pay their partners and agencies they work with, so dear educational agents be careful with these scammers, otherwise we will be working for free.
