This system is user friendly and very easy to control. To the technicians and engineers who helped us fix the system and printers, thank you, you deliberately took the time to come right here to the restaurant and to help us fix it. Special Mention to Mam liezel because she really helped, guided and assisted me all through out and she's very friendly if it wasn't for Mam liezel I probably wouldn't have fixed it because she herself assigned the tech and engineers. I gave them a two star because it started well for a year but whenever any problem happens they will never send technicians to your shop they will just try to assist you in a telegram group and they will take tooo long to respond , not reliable at all i will cancel my contract and go with foodics

As a new user to iiko system, i believe that this system is worth trying as it covers all the elements required to run a restaurant business in an efficient way. From POS, inventory, production, purchasing & transfers. You don't need to worry about getting accurate numbers cos basically the system provides everything for you once you implement the correct information. In addition, they have an active support team which so fat been very helpful in terms of training and maintenance issues. Try it...
