Tabchilli

Attended the wild fermentation workshop today at Tabchilli and I must say it's a very interesting concept and the classes are so fun. The owner Maher, the mastermind behind bringing this whole concept to Dubai ( where everyone depends so much on processed foods) is very knowledgeable about gut health and how to ferment different items. We made kimchi, and sauerkraut and also fermented the chillies for hot sauce. It sure is a tedious process but you get to learn so much on the way. I came home with 3 full jars of gut-friendly fermented food which will be ready to eat in a few days. The ambience of the place is beautiful and all the products and knowledge they sell are worth it. Thank you team Tabchilli for this wonderful experience. I'm coming back for sure. PS: My gut says thank you too :)

He’s genuinely trying to spread awareness and empower others to take charge of their well-being through natural, living foods. I’m so glad I found Tabchilli and had the opportunity to learn something so valuable. I’ll definitely be incorporating these methods into my health routine. Absolutely obsessed with Tabchilli — I literally have a dedicated fridge shelf just for their pickles. They’re that good. Bold flavors, perfect crunch, and seriously addictive — I can’t imagine my kitchen without them now. Just received their kombucha and kefir kits too, and I’m so excited to start brewing at home. What I love most is that it’s not just about great products — Tabchilli is a way of life. It’s so cool that they’re helping people discover gut-friendly habits that are actually fun and rewarding. Total game changer.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered a jar of chili jam for the first time from Tabchili … and oh my god !!!!! It is a jar of magic It strikes the perfect balance — sweet, spicy, but not too spicy. Sweet enough to charm your taste buds and spicy enough to wake them up. It has a rich, full flavor that adds a real kick to sandwiches, cheese boards, burger patties ( veggie and non veggie ) and even a breakfast egg. It’s my new secret weapon in the kitchen (aka the secret sauce) You can tell it's made with careful and consideration for people such as myself. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys a bit of heat without overwhelming the taste buds!
