I had an excellent experience with this domestic workers agency. The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to my needs from start to finish. A special thanks to Ms. Zainab mohammed for her outstanding support and dedication—she was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate her efforts and highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I took monthly contract maids from this agency. In 2 weeks I had 3 maid and this is after briefing them clearly about what my needs are. The maids are not respectful, not trained and the common thread amongst the 3 maids is that they refused to eat and then blame me that there is nothing to eat! When speaking to their customer service, instead of having open conversation where all 3 parties are involved, they keep insisting on speaking to the maid separately and in her own language so that the employee does not understand. When I told them it’s not working , of course they refused to refund me the balance. All other agencies do refund the balance. Avoid dealing with this totally inexperienced agency. If I could put below one star I would !
