What an awesome experience. Went there looking for E3 Connect charger. Not only the staff sourced one for a discontinued model for me but also didn't charge me anything. I am super impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of the staff. Thank you so much

I took my Tag Heuer watch in for cleaning and polishing, expecting professional service. Instead, after the service, the second hand stopped working, and soon after, the time started lagging, even when adjusted. When I brought the watch back, explaining that it no longer worked correctly after their service, they refused to take responsibility and simply told me, "You broke it, and now you have to pay for a movement replacement." Their inspection conveniently concluded that their service couldn’t have caused any damage—very surprising. It’s clear that someone mishandled or dropped my watch, and now I am expected to cover the cost. Horrible service, unprofessional and impolite staff. Customer focus is key to success. Taking responsibility for your work shows clients that you care—not just that you’re here to hand them a bill. I was actually considering buying a new watch to add to my collection, but after this experience, I will never buy Tag Heuer again. 👎

Careful, they are big cheaters. They took the watch back and didn’t refund my money. It’s been 20 days. Don’t go to this shop. They said they don’t have money. Once they have money they will pay. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealer.
