I left with a sense of disappointment due to several service issues that could easily be improved: Lack of Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, I noticed many guests were greeted with welcome drinks and small gifts for their children, but I wasn’t offered any. It felt inconsistent and uninviting. Valet Parking Delays: The arrival area was extremely crowded. I waited quite a while, but eventually had to self-park in the underground. Room Cleanliness: The toilet in my room was dirty when I checked in, which was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Baby Cot Delay: I had requested a baby cot to be placed in the room before my arrival and even reconfirmed by phone. Unfortunately, it was delivered much later after check-in, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Checkout Experience: I requested a modest 30-minute late checkout, which was declined. Ironically, when I called for help with my luggage at the original checkout time, no one arrived until 30 minutes later—exactly the extension I had requested. I ended up waiting unnecessarily at the reception. While the property itself is impressive and the breakfast was a highlight, the guest service experience fell short in key moments that really matter. With a few improvements in staff coordination and attention to guest requests, this hotel could truly offer a top-tier experience.

Had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica! The property is stunning, the staff are super warm and attentive, and the food at Varq Restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious, cozy and had the most beautiful pool and Sea view. Loved the spa and the peaceful vibe throughout. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

This was honestly an amazing hotel. The layout and location of the hotel were beautiful. The food was so good, with the breakfast and dinner buffets being the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. I also tried the restaurants within the hotel which were equally amazing. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and attentive. Every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to provide excellent service. I can’t wait to return here one day.
