Talabat Mart

Talabat has started a new SCAM. They will charge you incorrect money and then say that it is system issue. They will say “we are sorry for your experience but our system cannot process the refund due to system limitation and this will not happen again.” Dude! I’m talking about the money you STOLE from me. Talabat is such a SCAM !

I am compelled to share my recent experience with talabat mart regarding the purchase of fresh fruit that was not only spoiled but also fermented. I expected high-quality products, but what I received was unfit for consumption. Upon discovering the state of the fruit, I promptly contacted the store. Regrettably, the response from the staff was lackluster and dismissive. Instead of receiving a resolution, I was met with indifference and no offer of a refund or replacement. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this experience. I urge talabat to take customer feedback seriously and improve their quality control and service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to others.

It's been more than 2 months that I'm waiting for a refund that I was promised at least 4 times between customers chat and customers services call, but it never happened.

That’s the potatoes I ordered today, and the chicken I ordered yesterday. I am a pregnant woman and I am very conscious about what I eat and Talabat mart never fails to disappoint me with their supposedly fresh meat and veges and their strawberries another story very rarely I receive a fresh one. I don’t know until when they will make deals with suppliers who supply such veges and meat, and when they’ll train their staff to pick up the best pieces only. Very disappointing and won’t use again. I am only forced to use cause it’s fast. But everything they send is rotten 99% of the time.

Not too bad, some offers are not totally real.
