Extremely disappointing experience. I was clearly assured that my document would be ready within 20 working days. It has now been 30 working days, and I still haven't received it. The team has been largely unresponsive - calls mostly go unanswered, and it takes multiple follow-ups just to get a vague, generic response about "backlog." Despite repeated requests, they still refuse to provide a clear timeline. I have urgent travel plans pending, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience. Highly frustrating service.
