The management is super supportive and open to new ideas, which makes a huge difference. I’ve been lucky to work with such an amazing team—everyone’s friendly, helpful, and driven. The office has a great vibe too—modern, comfortable, and a great place to get creative. It’s been an awesome place to grow professionally, and I’m proud to be part of the journey here!

1 Star - Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience with Tanami Properties in Dubai was far from professional. I was initially contacted regarding an open position and received positive feedback on my profile. I was sent the company documents, and an interview was scheduled. But then things went downhill: 1. The interview appointment was cancelled at the last minute by the company, without any clear or understandable explanation. 2. No further communication was made or attempt to reschedule. 3. Finally, I was informed that they would no longer be contacting me, without any reason or apology. In an international business environment like Dubai, I expect much more professionalism and reliability. Tanami Properties' behavior was simply disappointing and has shattered my trust in the company. Although I thank them for the company documents, if I am asked in the future by potential clients or other job seekers, I will share this unpleasant experience. Serious improvements to internal processes are urgently needed.
