Had our vehicle registration renewed yesterday. The process was smooth though it was already busy when we got there, we didn’t take much time completing the procedures. I recommend booking the vehicle inspection online to save money and lessen the hassle.

I recently visited Tasjeel Al Qusais 5 to transfer a vehicle from Dubai to the Northern Emirates. I would like to sincerely thank the counter staff who were very helpful, polite, and supportive. Their good attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference in a frustrating situation. However, I feel it’s important to point out an issue with the front desk experience. One of the staff at the front desk was not cooperative and showed a lack of interest in helping customers. Simple questions were met with cold responses like “don’t know” or “not possible,” without any effort to guide or understand the situation. This type of attitude is not only unprofessional but also makes the entire process much harder for customers. Because of this, what could have been done in one hour took more than three. It’s important to remember that when one staff member behaves poorly, customers don’t usually blame that individual alone – they blame the entire company. Even the efforts of good, hardworking staff get overshadowed by a few who don’t take customer service seriously. I strongly suggest that management consider improving staff training at the front desk, especially in customer interaction. A good example is the behavior of staff at other centers in Dubai and Northern Emirates Tasjeel branches, where staff are respectful, well-informed, and customer-focused. Respect is a two-way street. When customers feel valued and respected, they will always return the same. I’m sharing this feedback not to complain, but in the hope of improving service quality for everyone in the future.

Instead of providing an honest and accurate evaluation, they seem to support fraudulent sellers by giving misleading or outright false reports. I purchased a vehicle based on their assessment, only to discover later that it had major hidden issues—something their so-called "inspection" completely failed to mention. It’s clear they prioritize sellers over innocent buyers, making their service completely unreliable and untrustworthy. If you’re thinking of relying on them for an assessment, DON’T! They are enabling scams and putting honest buyers at risk. Save yourself the trouble and get a real independent inspection before making any purchase. My car is still in garage it been more than a month we got! Almost 14000 AED i have spent Literally lires! Instead of suggesting not to buy second hand rubbish car! They are completing targets of their work! Worst I have more images but i am not like them as they do with the innocent people!
