I went on a Sunday evening and it took almost 2 hours to get through the car line, with around 8 to 9 cars ahead. The testing itself was fast, reliable, and fair. I received a minor suggestion, which I corrected the next morning. If done within 3 days, the observation correction is free of charge. Overall, the process is simple, clear, and well-organized. If possible, try going on a weekday morning around 8 to 9 AM, you can usually get everything done in just 15 minutes.

If dust in car will fail why they agree 👍 from the beginning I asked the person blue color shirt 👕 said it's ok wasted time ⏲️, another issue is steering boot cut we fixed new from original hundai souel Korea 🇰🇷 only some dust while checking ✔️ they must check properly don't judge by dust can use cloth or some small tool to make sure since now I am in mecanic workshop to fix as per their report which fail, back bumper need to repair what it's need paint or just touching up paints coz no noticed same place last year passed since I don't use much since most of time saudi 🇸🇦 Arabia, finally when they left car AC let it work and only switch car this is not professional way only money minded not good RTA should intervene and take action on this person immediately, thanks we do always respect uae and RTA, some staff slackness lead bad 👎 name value other times and money 💰 😠

Best to visit on weekdays morning or afternoon. It can get crowded and time consuming on weekends due to the popularity of this centre and location. Overall good service. Well organised with 2 bays for testing. Small office for seating while your car is being inspected. Staff is freindly and professional. Have been visiting this centre for more than 2-3 years now and satisfied with the results and service. Love that RTA has automated most of the process including payment through sms link.
