The vehicle inspection service by RTA in Dubai is poorly organized and lacks efficiency. My experience was disappointing — long delays, unclear procedures, and unprofessional staff. This does not reflect the standards of a city known for its leadership in technology and innovation. The center urgently needs improvement to meet Dubai’s reputation for high-quality government services
