Very bad experience. This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever dealt with. The delivery is extremely slow — my order took more than 10 days to arrive, and that’s after I contacted them several times. Every time I reached out, the support team was completely unhelpful. They didn’t know anything, kept giving me different information, and told me to change the delivery location three times. I updated the location as requested, but they still delivered it to the wrong (original) location — 10 days late! The communication is awful, the team is not trained, and the service is just unacceptable. I don’t recommend this company at all. They wasted my time, energy, and patience. Avoid using this service if you value your time.

Bad delivery ever my order with them for 7 days now and everytime I call them they say they do not have it people who works their dw anything abt their jobs oh gooosh I hate them! Just give me my order or tell me where it is

So unprofessional. I updated my location multiple times and they just ignored it. They kept promising “tomorrow” and it never came. Package finally arrived after 10 days — to the wrong place!
