Very poor courier service. The debit card replacement was faster than the delivery. They called Monday to inform me that my parcel will be delivered the following day. Called to follow up on Wednesday and said that it is out for delivery. Waited the whole day for nothing. The EXPRESS that your name represent isn't the same as your actual service.

The delivery was badly delayed and the communication was poor. We clearly informed the courier not to call during working hours because we are not allowed to use phones. We even gave exact location details and told them to go directly to the counter and look for my name. We emailed customer service and even suggested rescheduling on our rest day so we could answer calls. But instead, they called early in the morning just to say they couldn't come — and gave no valid reason. The delivery window is 9 AM to 4 PM, yet they didn’t even try properly. Too much drama, very unprofessional. I hope your service improves next time — this was really frustrating.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your delivery service. I initially called your customer service line, where an agent asked me to hold, then abruptly hung up. When I called back, the call was answered multiple times without anyone speaking this happened more than three times. I then spoke to a manager who apologized and promised to call me back within 10 minutes. However, it has now been over three hours with no follow-up. To make matters worse, the delivery driver called me and shouted at me, aggressively demanding my location even though the correct address was clearly mentioned. He then hung up and ignored all further attempts to contact him. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation, a proper resolution to this issue, and assurance that such behavior will not happen again.

Not only did it not arrive as promised, but the way the situation was handled by your staff has left me extremely disappointed.
