I've been training at Nogs Gym for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best fitness centers in the area. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and really push you to do your best. The equipment is well-maintained, and the gym is always clean. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you'll feel welcome and challenged here. Great atmosphere and community vibe too. 💪

The equipment is very good and the coaches are always helping me and they always come and fix my form and help me with new exercises the cross fit area has many good equipments and has everything you need and the equipment in the actual gym is some of the best I have ever seen in any gym.

I've been going to this gym for 4 years straight. I have to say this is definitely one of the best ones in the UAE and the region. Particularly, huge shoutout to Andrew, the head coach of the functional training. He is one of the best coaches in his field. Each class is unique and tailored to people's levels. Functional exercises are always fun and innovative, from essential powerlifting, to calisthenics, to strongman exercises, Andrew makes sure that everything gets covered. There's a reason I've been coming 4 years straight to functional workouts here. Highly recommended to everyone of all fitness levels and all ages 💪 PS: Big shoutout to Dana - she was super helpful end-to-end.
