Bought Miklife Large Size Heating Pad from Amazon and it stopped working after 3 months.

Extremely disappointed with Q-Tech General Trading LLC. I ordered an expensive watch through Amazon UAE, and to my shock, I received a used item instead of a new one. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid. What’s worse, there is no responsible person to contact, no proper customer service, and no way to resolve the issue. After doing some research, I found many negative reviews about this company and it seems they’ve even changed their company name to cover up their poor reputation — yet they are still operating under the old name. This kind of deceptive behavior is deeply concerning. Someone needs to take strict action against such unethical practices. I urge others to be very careful when dealing with this company. I hope platforms like Amazon take serious note of sellers like these.
