TEJORI Gems - The Dubai Mall

I wish I could give this store a zero rating. If you are ever in Dubai, do yourself a favor and stay away from Tejori gems. I made a request to customise Morganite stud earrings in rose gold. Natural Morganites have a beautiful pink or pink to orange/salmon color depending on the quality. The stones had a beautiful light pink color in the store’s Fluorescent lighting. The order took two days to be customised only to discover later on that I was sold completely colorless Morganites (in natural light) as the shop assistant in Dubai mall branch, Daham, never mentioned that pink Morganites are not even sold in Dubai nor did he mention they look like fake diamonds (cubic zirconia)! So I paid almost 3000 dirhams for a pair of colorless stones not to mention, Mr Daham did not bother to mention or explain their exchange policy …simply because he was desperate to sell these studs despite the fact he clearly knew they only had a slight hint of pink in the the store’s lighting only — they were in fact colorless and cheap quality stones in natural light. He refused to exchange the Morganite studs for a better quality pink ones and confirmed there are no pink Morganites in Dubai! Moreover, he tried to scam us again to buy other “pink” stones such as Pink Tourmaline stating they were of better quality and color! Not only did he pass off cheap colorless stones as pink Morganites, he was not honest and clear about the store’s exchange policy he ripped us off and was desperate to sell and overcharge us for a pair of cheap “Morganite” studs. I’m going to file a complaint on the consumer rights and protection online platform. Please please stay away from this store and this guy, Daham (currently working at the gold souk branch).

True to their motto statement, when I approached Tejori to make a diamond nosepin for me, they immediately agreed. One Mr. Joel was very patient, suggestive & accommodative to all my requirements. At every point of the jewelry making, he updated me with pictures/videos & the final product was Perfect... more over, adding a personal touch, it was home delivered by their own person. Thank you Tejori for the wonderful service! Will I go to them again/recommend them? A big YES!!

Came here (July 2017) and bought some beautiful earrings. Be sure to drive a hard bargain as I saved myself over 1,500 AED. Be sure to check the certified diamonds though as they also have their own certifications alongside GIA.

They overcharge and they lie about the exchange of the items policy. To convince you to buy they say you can exchange the item, but when you go to exchange, they find reasons not to exchange the item. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend at all.
