The lab provides quality services to us and staffs are very coperative and we have to reach them in 24/7.lab reports and water collection methods are systematic and accurate.

I called the laboratories to check my water and the person who was collecting the sample said that the water smells strongly like chemicals and this observation will be part of the report. A week after I received message on WhatsApp with the payment link, the person said he will share the results via WhatsApp after payment but he didn’t. I finally received the results on email where I found out that results don’t include the observations of the water smell and are not accredited by EAIC. They stated water is good and safe even tho it smelled like chemicals. The person I spoke to via WhatsApp informed me that someone will call me but nobody bothered to contact me. Waste of money
