We had the jumbo chicken sandwich which was extremely filling which had zinger chicken, cheese, mustard and lettuce combine it with wholesome coleslaw and you have a perfect recipe for dinner.

Texas Chicken – Dubai Mall: Worth a Try! 🍗👌 Dropped by the Texas Chicken at Dubai Mall and was pleasantly surprised. It’s usually less crowded compared to other food court spots, which is a big win if you’re not in the mood to wait around. The food? Solid. The nuggets were really good – crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and definitely better than expected. The overall taste was on par with other branches, so no compromise on quality. Only letdown? The dips. Apart from the garlic sauce, the rest were pretty underwhelming. Would’ve loved a better variety or stronger flavors there. Still, if you’re in the mall and want a quick, tasty bite without the crowd, this one’s a good pick!

TASTE OF THE.FOOD: I have always been a fan of Texas Chicken. It always tastes fresh and delicious - never a burnt chicken in my experience, and I can tell that the ingredients are fresh as well. AMBIENCE: This branch is inside the food court, so there is nothing much to say here. Weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm, you'll find seats. Otherwise, finding vacant tables and seats could ve a challenge. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1. The crew who served me did not know how to read vouchers. She told me my voucher had expired, so I pointed out to her that the date she was reading was the "From Date." I showed her the expiry date at the bottom of the voucher showing March 20, 2025. 2. The crew who took my order and the personnel in gray shirt told me that I should pay AED 10 more than what I expected. So I showed them both the voucher again, and I told them my actual purchase total. The personnel had the crew check the system again, and they admitted that my information was correct. 3. The crew assembling my order gave me my order without the 2 gravies and mashed potato I ordered. Because of these service errors, I deducted 3 stars from my review. Again, I like Texas Chicken food, and I'm a big fan. But in my honest opinion, the branch in JBR is still the best. It has alfresco dining and a very accommodating staff who are also knowledgeable.
