Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel

It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, offering thoughtful touches that made my son’s birthday even more memorable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming and family-friendly. The service stood out most of all. Every team member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel valued as guests. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Severe Mold & Health Safety Breach I stayed at Th8 Palm with my family after specifically informing the hotel that my daughter suffers from asthma. Despite this, we were placed in a room with a strong mold odor and visible mold stains all over the ceiling and walls. The Hallways are also filled with mold. To make matters worse, the welcome food tray included moldy strawberries and cake. I’ve documented everything with photos. After the stay, I found multiple past reviews describing the same issue, so the hotel was clearly aware of the mold problem. I raised this with IHG Corporate directly — not seeking compensation, but simply expecting accountability. What I received was a vague apology and a token offer of 15,000 IHG points, which does not reflect the gravity of knowingly exposing a child with asthma to mold. The front-line staff were polite and tried their best and this is not their fault. but this is a clear failure in management, safety protocols, and corporate responsibility. I’ve stayed at IHG properties for years, but this experience — and how it was handled — has led me to stop staying with the brand altogether. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel until major improvements are made.

Free upgrade to a one bedroom was great. The team including the valet parking guys are very helpful and kind. A la carte dinner is recommended. Points of improvement: - change the music genre and volume to a more relaxed chill background tune. This will give a more premium feeling like royal atlantis and be able to have a relaxed conversation near the pool. - difficult to have a variation of breakfast for one week. It’s more focussed on short stays I guess. But they are flexible to prepare some tailor made meals.
