The Apartments, Dubai World Trade Centre – Serviced Apartments (Block A)

Whenever I visit Dubai I always make sure that I book my stay here . This place is really amazing . The rooms are spacious ,if renovated can be better but no complaints with anything so far . The best part about this property is that the staffs are very nice and cordial . Mr Ali (receptionist ) has always been very kind and helpful to me .He'd always greet me with a big smile,always take care of all my requests and tries to deliver things at my doorstep,address any of my issues as soon as possible . Ms Thanuja( receptionist) is the sweetest lady you'll see here . Her smile is enough to make your day :) overall all the staffs here are great ,the service is quick so I really love staying in this property. Thanks every one.. I couldn't mention all of you as I don't know most of your names but y'all are doing a great job here . 👏

I was visiting here from London on business. The stay at “The Apartments DWYC” was great, clean place, quiet location centrally located with many landmark icons @Dubai. Especially THANUJA in the reception was very welcoming and humble in hosting guests making sure my stay was pleasant and any requests addressed to immediately + MEGHARAJ at the front gates was very helpful with his welcoming smile assisting guests with their luggage etc. overall a nice place to stay with friendly & welcoming staff- Would appreciate their service . Added to this great facilities at the venue, amenities, metro etc st door step- wonder what else you need! would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

I will give 5 stars to Ms. Angielyn for the warm welcome and attentive service. She is very accommodating, and whenever I make a request, she promptly sends the needed items to the room. Staying at this hotel is truly enjoyable because of the great ambiance and friendly staff, especially Ate Angielyn. Thank you! I will definitely return soon and highly recommend this hotel.

Ms. Angelyn is always welcoming and professional at the front desk. She communicates clearly, handles guest requests efficiently, and consistently creates a positive first impression for visitors. Mr. Changna and Sai are reliable and thorough in their housekeeping duties. They pay great attention to detail, maintains high cleanliness standards, and ensures guest rooms are always well-prepared and comfortable.

Rooms could use updating. Location is a but isolated if not using a vehicle to get around. Plus point, the transit train is in walking distance
