I ordered from their new website and it was simple and easy process. I got a stylish pouch for daily use and good for the mosque as well. When I ordered there was a small mistake in my order (my fault), so I messaged them on Instagram and they changed my order and made it to what I wanted, hats off to their customer service.
Amazing bags at amazing prices! I was impressed by their customer service and response times. I had a particular urgent requirement and I got exactly what I needed, on time AND within my budget! Special thanks to Huzaifa @ Appletree Trdg - he tended to every query and responded in the most polite manner, truly embodying the business rule of 'Customer is King!'. I think Apple Tree Bags will be my go-to store for bags for myself as well as for gifting, as their prices and product quality are superb!
